The last fake form of magnesium supplements: magnesium lysinate glycinate.

Absolutely zero information in the literature. From the chemical name it is Mg2+ connected to one glycinate anion and one lysinate anion.

But what it is reality?

Update: refills were successful, only with 0.5 mild-to-moderate “Oh, f…!” per spectrometer. Well, including few very intense seconds of “Is it beginning of a quench or just high pressure in the dewar?”.

I am gonna stick to diffraction, it is not so stressful (but more plumbing)…
