A brilliant horror licence, a great premise but a horrible game. Messy, crude & ridiculous, with grating music, bad graphics, laughable ‘jump screams’ & repetitive, unrewarding gameplay. Not even the 'free' blood capsules in the box could save it!

This Dude's massive eyes glow at you at the beginning, remember! #C64 arcade action never been so good! Despite a few annoyances, AS remains a thoroughly decent arcade conversion to this day. It is WELL worth a play. And it is 2-PLY Co-Op! Really very very good.
