Ducks ball, short field, 2 TOs, 62 seconds in the half. Ducks TO at 3rd & 1 at edge of FG range. Ducks first down. 30yd TD pass.
Damn it.
#BoiseState 17 – #2 Oregon 14.

@radicalruss.comMadsen flushed, lucky to get ball out of endzone, bad pass almost INT. 3 and out for #BoiseState, only used 21 seconds.
@radicalruss.comDucks in 2:00 drill. False start and it's 3rd & 12. Broncos still have 2 timeouts. QB flushed, 4th down Ducks. Broncos take TO to preserve clock. Ducks' punt fielded at the 5 with 90 seconds in the half.
Still #BoiseState 17 – #2 Oregon (24½ point favorites at home) 7.
@radicalruss.comDucks doing better stopping the run. #BoiseState goes for 4th & 6 from midfield, hard count, get Ducks to jump. 4th & 1, QB sneak converts. Also Ducks unsportmanlike 15yd penalty (Broncos in they heads!). Drive stalls at 12, FG good!
#BoiseState 17 – #2 Oregon 7
@girlfuturist.bsky.socialThat’s the second unsportsmanlike conduct on #Oregon. What’s the matter, Ducks? Feeling frustrated? #BoiseState
@radicalruss.comOregon playing dink and dunk effectively, moving the ball. Stopped on 3rd & 1, stopped again on 4th & 1, second 4th down stop for Broncos D.
#BoiseState 14 – #2 Oregon 7.
@charliethevern.bsky.social#KU #RockedAndChalked last night, and now I need #BoiseState to lock in and upset these ducks. #CollegeFootball #Believe
@radicalruss.comBroncos runs not happening, appear to be afraid to pass long downhill. 3rd straight 3 and out. BUT OREGON MUFFS THE PUNT. Broncos recover at the Oregon 38. First play, Broncos short pass becomes TD!
#BoiseState 14 – #2 Oregon 7
@radicalruss.comDucks get first 3rd down conversion on a 30yd pass to Broncos' 20. Then another 3rd down conversion to the 7. Oregon playing hurry-up. Punches it in for the TD.
#BoiseState 7 – #2 Oregon 7
@radicalruss.comBroncos can't escape the shadow of the goal posts, another 3 and out.
Broncos D has been perfect on 3rd down.
First quarter in the books, #BoiseState 7 – #2 Oregon 0.
@radicalruss.comOregon breaks a 50yd pass from their 2, but great #BoiseState tackling against puts Ducks behind the chains, great punt from the Broncos' 43 downed at the 2.
Still Boise State 7 ‐ #2 Oregon 0.
@girlfuturist.bsky.socialCollege football always underestimates #BoiseState. That’s fine. We’re used to it. #Oregon
@radicalruss.com#BoiseState 3 and out at midfield.
@radicalruss.comOregon drive stalls at midfield when they fail to convert a 4th & 2! #BoiseState with great open-field tackling.
@radicalruss.comBroncos opening drive. Running well, even stops at the line getting 3yds. Good passing. Heads up play by QB to catch his own deflected pass. Wide open TD pass! #BoiseState 7, #2 Oregon 0.
And I'm the sole tackleball fan here at a quiet Applebee's.
