We decided to come out swinging and assault the Jade Falcons - despite bad luck on our waypoint reveals and losing my Grasshopper (failed the salvage roll by 1!) we took out most of the enemies and earned enough profit to buy a Night Gyr.

Eventually I want to make one for every Gunslinger related mech, but I'm particularly proud of this one, as it's based on a physical conversion I actually made. The more canon compliant version would be a CRK-5003-1...

The very first thing that stood out to me was how they pronounce “aff”. I had always imagined it with the A pronounced softer like “affirmative” or “appreciate”, not hard like “apple”. More like an animal chuff, “uhff”.

Finally a unit i have painted! Probably quickest and one of the most fun to paint, as i skip my least favorite tedious step (gray/metallic on joints & etc.) and get right to fun detail work, plus so many Dragoon mechs/variants feel at home in this force
