I'm not surprised Reyes is coming off because of the yellow, but her fights something you like in the this kind of match.

@stumptownfooty.bsky.social57' Pietra Tordin gets to the ball first ahead of GK Casey Murphy AND EARNS THE PK #BAONPDX
Hoping CM is ok after the collision.
This game...
@stumptownfooty.bsky.social56' Reilyn Turner and Marie Müller on for Morgan Weaver and Reyna Reyes #BAONPDX
@thebestisjeff.bsky.socialGood start from the Thorns. #BAONPDX
@stumptownfooty.bsky.social51' Pietra Tordin is working as much as humanly possible #BAONPDX
She gets off a shot there and has ran all night long.
If Portland is able to get something out of this game, it may need to be the latest USWNT callup.

@decathlongamer.bsky.socialIf Vilahamn can’t turn this second half into something competitive the Vilahamn Out chants will takeover. Horrible showing by the team. The ref may be the worst we’ve seen and this should be 1-1 at worst but the team has not been good enough this entire second half of the season. #BAONPDX
@kd15.bsky.socialFuuuuuuuuuck #baonpdx
@liberalclass.bsky.socialAgain I'm asking why the hell they don't VAR anything? #baonpdx
@flatcapgoalkeeper.bsky.social@nwslsoccer.com, look… if you’re gonna rig a match, you might want to make it look less obvious… #baonpdx
@portalithics.bsky.socialI don't think there was a hair pull at all. Soph was getting manhandled at midfield and was just trying to get out of it. Many horrendous non-calls on clear Boston fouls, including that one is the story of the match. Absolute shit referee. #BAONPDX
@northstarashle.bsky.socialThis fucking game ugh #BAONPDX
@r3v.comThis match is not doing much for my headache. #BAONPDX
@thebestisjeff.bsky.socialTargeting St. Georges on the left is not a bad strategy for they Thorns. She's a likely source for a penalty or two. Could be an avenue for an unlikely comeback.
@melinae07.bsky.socialBoston winning 2-0 at Providence Park (almost scored a third goal) and Portland playing with 10 since minute 24 because Sophia Wilson pulled a player’s hair and was sent off.

@thebestisjeff.bsky.socialUgh.
That sucks.
Ironically, Reyes backtracking and blocking the pass to Aissata prevented the offside call. Good hustle, unfortunate end to the situation.
@schuyler.infoLike, rigged bad. I’m clear across the pitch and can see things the ref is missing or ignoring.
@nwslsoccer.com you gotta clean this shit up. Your garbage refeeering is ruining your product.
@flatcapgoalkeeper.bsky.socialThis officiating crew showed a lot of restraint not to celebrate with Boston on that goal. #baonpdx
