Considering they both had a very short PP for 1, it was more like:
#Preds 2/4
#GoHabsGo 0/2

Yes, very concerning. Both the PP & the PK.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 2:12 AM

4 of 5 #GoHabsGo penalties were penalties.

My problem is the same standard of penalties wasn’t applied to the #Preds. They were only given 2 real penalties.

#Habs were the dominant team 5v5. That’s should’ve given them the edge on PP’s.

That said, special teams have to perform. #Habs failing.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 2:00 AM

Yes. I thought they pulled too early. Almost 3 mins left.

Amazing they dominated the dot all night, but lose 2 faceoffs that lead to ENG’s.

Almost like the #Preds just baited them.

#Preds Injury Update: Forward Mavrik Bourque (upper body) and defenseman William Trudeau (upper body) will not return to tonight’s game at Montreal.

Adding Kerfy's first #Preds goal to our list of #ULTRAMoments 👏

Final.

The process was good. The result was not.

I’ll take this game. 9 times out of 10, you win this.

Just had a hot 🔥 performance by a goalie & a game that wasn’t called fairly.

That said, special teams are becoming a real concern. I think a new look is needed.

#Habs prove why they say 2-0 is the worst lead in hockey! After the #Habs looked dominant for the better part of 40 minutes of play, the #Preds stormed back with 5 unanswered goals to beat Montreal 5-2.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:44 AM

Another ENG.

#Preds 5-2 #GoHabsGo

@terminator2x.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:43 AM

#Preds pulled that one outa their ass! Talk about a gift! 🎁 #GHG

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:42 AM

I know it’s situational, but I think that’s too early for a goalie pull.

#Engstrom missed the clear & easy ENG.

#Preds 4-2 #GoHabsGo

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:39 AM

Another PPG.

#Refs deciding this game.

Simple play. Point shot - tip.

Why can’t the #Habs do this?

#Preds 3-2 #GoHabsGo

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:37 AM

All the non-calls on the #Preds.

Is that a penalty by #Matheson? Yes.

But they’re only calling one side.

#GoHabsGo to the PK.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:35 AM

I’ve just gone through 5 or 6 examples of infractions that were just as egregious as the penalties the #GoHabsGo took.

The fact that the #Preds have more PP’s than the #Habs is absolutely why the #Preds are still in this game.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:05 AM

Not gonna fault the team if they lose tonight. An incredible effort. Keep playing that way & you’ll win 9 of 10.

Seems like the #GoHabsGo have to play the game spotting 1 goal to the opp, bc of #Refs.

Not faulting the calls on the #Habs. Just the non-calls on the #Preds that are just as egregious.

@roberttroyross.bsky.socialOct 9, 2026, 1:00 AM

#Preds were already on a PP.
