Work out a few lines
To while away the down time
Make a stupid rhyme
Tanka shouldn't but it's fine
Rules are rules but not a crime

Words: Mine
Image: AI, based on my words.

„Siehst Du mich zum Rand der Welt gehen,
Dann sammle ich Steine.“
Nicholas Müller / Von Brücken

Depression can leave you feeling lost in your own life.

It can change how you see the future, disconnect you from what once mattered and make it difficult to know where to begin.

When the map, compass and flashlight are gone, finding your way is hard.
