NWS Boise: Extremely heavy rain fell in Elmore and Owyhee Counties this morning causing flash flooding in a normally arid area as seen here. Heavy rain also caused a mudslide on Idaho Highway 21 between mileposts 103 and 105 late today but that blockage has since been cleared. #idwx
