#WeeknightWriters, it’s’a me, C.H.Lei, still grinding on this Horse Girl Horror, but winding down cus I gotta work on my #FirstDraftFall project … Which is a horror/romcom about a bi mess whose car breaks down at a seaside town. Horror! Kissing! Creepy Teens? Evil! The Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882?

Now hunkering down for my most daunting #FirstDraftFall prep task: trying to finish this gods-damned edit before November so I can actually start drafting my next book with everyone else 😂

Just scheduled ALL of the #FirstDraftFall posts for October and phew

Running this challenge is so much fun but it's also a LOT of work

This could not have come at a better time. Though, I'll definitely be spending #FirstDraftFall wrapping up my WIP and doing edits/rewrites more than initial drafting. Still, excited nonetheless.

It's officially the first day of fall, which makes this the perfect time to remind you that #FirstDraftFall - our answer to NaNoWriMo - starts very soon on October first!

I'm gonna be focusing on #FirstDraftFall myself so I'm thinking by like,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,January maybe? (although I realize probably half the people who are interested are ALSO doing first draft fall lmao)

I'll be using #FirstDraftFall to complete hopefully one, maybe two partially finished WIPs, but I'm also just gonna start drafting in October and stop when December hits since the planning is long since done and December's just about wrapping up anyway

With that, I think the stress is making me not wanna work on this wip for now, but I'm gonna switch gears to start my personal #FirstDraftFall goal early.
I wanted to use the entirety of autumn to work on it, so my goal is ambitious, but I'm finding myself wanting to focus on that right now.
