You’ve never actually told me what Grandpa’s job was.” “Originally he was a tram driver, you know, the horse drawn trams? And then he worked for the Manx National Lifeboat Institute. He was a medic. That means that he actually knows how ill he really is. But he won’t let it stop him enjoying life. Remember, I told you last year, they said that if he’s lucky he might live one more year. At this rate he might not last six months. He really does need me helping with shopping, cleaning and washing and stuff!” AngryBard looks at Kayt sympathetically, “you wouldn’t know it from looking at him … or talking with him! His brain works perfectly well.” “It’s gone midnight Bard,” says Kayt, “how long have we been talking? What time did Grandpa go to bed?” Kayt (Manx, pronounced Cat, meaning kitty) - A watercolour painting of an attractive 17 year old girl. She has gorgeous long dark golden blonde hair and her eyes are dark hazel brown. Her face has a picture perfect smile revealing lovely white teeth.
