A yellow and pinkish-orange parrot mushroom grows out of wet, dark brown ground. Its half-inch-tall stipe is yellow and has patches of a white substance on it (possibly mycelium or mold). Its cap is still half-connected to the stipe. The right side of the cap lifts away from the stipe but has been chewed by a slug.
