In his final note, he addressed the ICE agent who took her: “I hope it was worth it.” 💔

A federal judge later ordered his mother released after finding her detention unlawful.

The immigration attorney for the man shot in the back by ICE was attempting to get him out on bond in order for him to receive appropriate medical care.

It was denied based on “flight risk.”

He almost fainted in the elevator, appeared confused and shocked he was receiving federal charges.

We have to vote in huge numbers to get this rogue ICE mess stopped!!! He’s in high school. Following requirements! He’s a kid. Shouldn’t be in captivity- whatever it’s called AND certainly not separated from adult family/home situation for 220 days!!!
