A1 - Spaces where there's a greater emphasis on *seeing* and valuing people, this can relate to recognition, reward, opportunity, voice, and access points to meaningfully represent views in places where key decisions. @ifawolowo.bsky.social #LTHEChat

A1 When people knew my name which made me feel they cared and also that were interested in what I could contribute which made me feel valued #LTHEchat

A1 #LTHEchat just this afternoon - was welcomed into a departmental workshop to facilitate communicating with students around the use, or not, if GenAI in their modules. Colleagues were curious, respectful, interested and so open to sharing and learning from each other. It made hard work fun.
