『熟睡力』から睡眠ダイアリーアプリを作っています。

今回はプログラムの概要で、JSON使って1日の履歴を保存したところ、たった2KBにしかなりません。

1年計算でも1MBに到達しないので、睡眠の分析としてPCで十分に保存できる容量だと思います。
