A monochrome shot of the cliffs of the Pioneer Mountains facing Arco, Idaho. Layers of uplifted rock rise above the high desert, with blocky white numbers painted all over them, visible from the main road. The numbers represent the years of graduating high school classes going back almost a century. Arco, oddly enough, was the first town fully powered by nuclear energy, which is interesting. Arco is about 20 minutes east of the entrance to Craters of the Moon, one of my favorite places on earth.
