Hot take: your haunted village needs 3 buildings, not 30. A chapel, a mill, an inn with one lit window. The rest is fog the party never reaches. At a table of 2-3, fewer places means every door matters. Which three would you keep? anvilnink.com #ttrpg #worldbuilding

Lashunta Inspirational Pic of the Week
Moebius

I've said before that full pitched battles are relatively rare in lashunta warfare, but that doesn't mean they don't happen...

Art by Mobius - amid a cliff-choked field full of fighting and fallen bodies, a man stands covered in blood. He lifts another man's bloody body overhead, either in triumph or supplication.

🌙 A piece of Shadow Stalker lore:

The Black Lake is sacred to shadow stalkers.

Its water is poisonous to everyone else.

Those who survive drinking it often return changed.

Most refuse to explain how.

While there is a great deal of spiritual classification in Aulterr, mysteries still exist.

One example is the non-hostile “Bone Serpent,” which appears before fishermen and is generally just regarded as an ill-omen rather than demon or undead.

In the beginning of _A Castrovel Adventure: Part 3_, Vaeol and Remaue seek to convince Kaure of what they see in her...

#pathfinder #pathfinder2e #lashunta #castrovel #rpg #ttrpg #worldbuilding #worldanvil

I start here with yestereve. Remaue and I hosted Kaure to the small duskmeal within our sunderroom. The stocky buxom korashe upshowed freshly bathed, but wearing the same clothes she had erewardly worn, hair again drawn back in a mere tailknot. Straightway Remaue came, handed her Lanaryel, and beseeched leave. While I dished the meal (and Remaue quipped it is ever better when outriders thew shieldbearers), Remaue led Kaure to the seatpillows, loosened her hair, and combed it out while our guest played with the babe. Then Remaue braided it into a sideknot while I overbrought a dish of diced eel, pepperworts, and riceberries. Kaure and I ate while Remaue fed Lanaryel, though I sometimes floated morsels to my wifemate’s mouth. I could not help witness, however, that fresh bruises marred Kaure’s knuckles, and another lightened her cheek. While we ate, Remaue asked further, though happily with more kindliness than she had earlier forethreatened. When she asked of Kaure’s kindred, I shot a warning glare. So instead, she begged Kaure to sing, who began a lullabye for Lanaryel. Remaue’s voice clove hers, and together they sang for the babe, who stood while hanging dancingly from her mother’s hands. Then Remaue untied Kaure’s braid and let her hair loose. It fell in a silver-green ripple over her freckled shoulders, like Father-Yaro flowing by the bank. Remaue then held forth our handglass and bade Kaure look upon herself. ~Dei yi lindam o se zhehue?~ “Did we not tell you are beautiful?” asked my wifemate.

close up of the pod I made.

It was heavily inspired by the Saiyan pods in DragonBall Z

I added carrots in the pod as a tribute to a very famous Saiyan
