A couple weeks ago, paper bags ran out at the Wind Cave park store. Old maps stepped in.

Staff folded 2025 Black Hills National Forest maps into bags, so customers postcards were safe and expired maps got a fresh life.

A practical bit of reuse from behind the counter.

2 days to YT launch! I've already showcased one of these, but the other two are other journals I have made. The one on the left is a covered spiral notebook, and the one on the right is made from cardboard, packaging paper, and toilet paper wrappers.

The journal in the middle is a little smaller and covered in dark blue scrapbook paper with white butterflies on it and a patterned blue tie around the book. The journal on the right is smaller than the other two, covered in black fabric, and tied with coffee-dyed fabric.
