They all wane quickly, all will. Not like vaccines that provide decades or a lifetime of sterilizing immunity. Our only issue is the people who first off are not at risk. Then being forced to get an experimental vaccine to stop transmission. So it’s safe to go outside. That is wrong. #stopthespread
Good point. If someone is better protected, should they be waiving their right?
Don’t tell @fianevermind.bsky.social that! They get really mad!
Science doesn’t say that. When SARS-CoV-2 vaccination rates are high, infection rates are high. Severity of disease is high. Hospitalizations are high. ICU admissions are high. Deaths are highest amongst vaccinated individuals. In general, everyone is worse off with vaccines. #stopthespread
All data from the previous administrations demonstrated the same! That vaccines wane incredibly quickly! This is why there was a push to first become boosted, then again to become up to date! These vaccines cannot prevent infection and do lot work to stop the spread!

Does anyone who is unvaccinated regret their choice?
No vaccine is 100% effective. Polio and smallpox are close enough that you can walk through a room full of disease and walk out the other side, knowing damn certain that you are not infected, carrying or spread spreading that disease to other vaccinated people.
Vaccination isn’t ever 100%. But for polio and smallpox, it’s close enough that you can walk through a room full of disease, and walk out the other side, knowing damn sure that you are not infected, carrying, and spreading disease to other vaccinated people.
