@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialAnd that's time folks! How did your sprint go? I got more done in the fantasy game. #StetSprint
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
@carolinavonkampen.comForgot to say it on here at the top of the hour, but for this #StetSprint I'm talking through a manuscript evaluation on the phone with my editorial assistant! We're talking through what worked and didn't work in the story, and as we talk, I'm drafting my editorial letter for the author.
@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialAll right, we're halfway through today's #StetSprint! Are you keeping focused? Do you have enough caffeine? Enough light?
@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialHowdy fellow stetters! What are you working on today? I'm continuing work on the fantasy TTRPG and hoping to get through more pages.
I'm currently listening to this very October vibes classical music playlist. #StetSprint
@stetchat.comYour host today is @editrix-rachel.bsky.social. 🧶

@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialHuzzah! Way to go! #StetSprint
@rainbowpenediting.bsky.socialHi Rachel! Good to see you. I hope your #StetSprint went well too.
I prefer to read myself. I get a better feel of the flow and pacing this way, and I can see where I stumble. I haven't tried text-to-speech in forever, so maybe it's different now, but I used to find the delivery distracting.
@stetchat.comGood job!!! #StetSprint
@getbookhelp.bsky.social#StetSprint | Whenever you can, I highly recommend getting paid for your work before you start doing it. If someone asks me for an invoice, that's because they are ready to pay it and *THEN* send me their manuscript. No follow-up needed because I'm chilling out until I get paid to do otherwise. ✅
@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialI may have also suggested a few puns for this game. This is one of the services I offer some of my clients! But like you said, I really admire folks who are so funny and creative. #StetSprint
@editrix-rachel.bsky.socialAwesome! Glad we were able to help in a small way. #StetSprint
