I can only imagine if you had to pet sit a border collie or Rhodesian ridgeback at the same time at Optimus. Both those breeds need multiple, long walks. #StetChat

Phew! That's always so scary when something's happening with the pets and you don't know why. Glad it was a good outcome! #StetChat

😱😱😱 Has anyone else had a cat-on-keyboard disaster? #StetChat

Yes, I'm way more of a cat person even though I really like dogs. #StetChat

#StetChat | That my decision to never have kids was 1,000,000% the correct one.

Bonnie looks a lot like my mom's cavalier-poodle mix! They both have the same fur colors. #StetChat

A7: Play more! And rest more!

Cats have such a fun balance of play and rest that they've encouraged me to rest more deliberately, but also to play more and have fun. #StetChat

Do Not Rely on AutoSave either.

Peri liked drinking from my water glass so much that she quickly was given a water glass of her own. She knows it's hers! And hasn't tried to drink out of mine since, and it's been years.

Poor Leon! I'm glad that you were able to comfort him. #StetChat

#StetChat | They were burning a healthy amount of calories at home and since we were feeding them the same amount of food each day, the walks were overkill!

Definitely. He's scared of so many things, and he's willing to eat anything, anytime. He doesn't want to walk more than a mile at a time, either. I don't think he'd make the Transformers team. #StetChat

Oh no, it's too late! #StetChat

Hello, bonjour! #StetChat

#StetChat | We thought they were getting sick shortly after we bought this house because their weights took a serious nosedive. Our vet helped us deduce that, because we now had such a large, forested back yard, they no longer needed daily walks.

Yup. Luckily, no matter when I take my walk, I'm likely to see at least one neighbor out walking their dog. I know a lot of the neighborhood dogs and get to pet some of them. #StetChat
