3rd and 10, Stafford, pass to Puka is complete, but it's not going to give them enough yardage.

4th down, and a quick 3 and out for the Rams.

On third down early in the first quarter, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford stands in the pocket and looks toward the left side as the 49ers pass rush closes in. The broadcast graphic shows 3rd-and-5.

Stafford releases a short pass toward Puka Nacua near the left sideline, with a 49ers defender closing on the receiver near the first-down marker.

Nacua secures the short completion near the sideline but is immediately wrapped up by a 49ers defender, stopping his forward progress short of the yellow first-down line.

Several 49ers defenders gather around Nacua after bringing him down short of the first-down marker. The stop forces fourth down and ends the Rams’ opening drive with a three-and-out.

Well, these two teams couldn't overcome the Seahawks dominance, though Rams came close to it. Because they are still pissed, they upgraded their defense.

Time to find out if it worked.

With that, OFF WE GO!!!

Great opening ceremony from Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia for this historic game. Indigenous elder Aunty Joy Murphy Wandin gave a 'Welcome to Country' greeting to the NFL, San Francisco 49ers, and Los Angeles Rams. So cool. What a lovely tradition. #SFvsLAR

First impressions of #SFvsLAR on #Netflix: the sound is awful. Maybe the worst I've heard on a national football broadcast. Thin, tinny, not good at all. #TNF

So how early or late did the refs fly to Australia? #NFL #SFvsLAR

The picture and audio quality are very good. The audio is better than Prime’s TNF coverage.

It's amazing how small an American football field is compared to a cricket or Aussie Rules football field.

The NFL season continues tonight with the Los Angeles Rams taking on the San Francisco 49ers in Australia. #SFvsLAR

There are three #Illini rostered in this game, all with the 49ers;

Nate Hobbs
Vederian Lowe
James Thompson Jr.

From a #Seahawks perspective, not sure if I want to see a heartbreaking last play of the game Rams loss or the 49ers getting blown out.

Either way, it’s gonna be an awesome hate watch.

Way too many factors to bet on who actually wins, although I'd say it'll be another field goal difference, where I'd lean Rams.

One prop I do think is mispriced:
D. Stribling (SF) 4+ catches (+140)
