#VampireKiller contains a fourth slime blob that never appears. It hops like the blue, white, and red ones, but it's grey with a red outline — and nothing in the game ever hatches it. The colors would stay the same in every room; the type is just sitting unused in the spawn table. #MSX

Some Gen-Z'er at Japan's Hard-Off used hardware store saw their manager testing a game on this Sanyo #MSX, and posted this message saying they got a new "game console" they'd "never seen before" in store.

Ball speed in #Arkanoid ramps up slightly as you play. Rounds 1–16 all use the same speed (0C); 17 through Doh all use 0D. Later rounds feel harder because of layout, silver bricks' increased durability, and the enemies, not a continuous speed curve. #MSX
