The Line Edit is looking for small details that you can bring in to add nuance and colors to the book. Grammar and spelling checks are done with a Copy Edit just prior to publication.

@lianabrooks.bsky.socialSentence structure changes depending on the emotions of the character who is speaking. Angry characters use shorter, choppier sentences (usually - there are exceptions). Characters in loving scenes are going to use more us/we/our language.
Keep that in mind as you write and edit.
