A disappointing result but thank you for your support at Anfield today 👏

NEW: Enzo Maresca responds to Anfield fury: “The noise will always be there” #lfc

100%. Why get upset and start talking about City fans are this and that after a loss when we can just wait? We lost. They rubbed it in our faces. It stings. But going "you lot are a bunch of *£&%!!" is childish and largely unimportant here.

This #lfc

He is right - City fans are pr*cks. But so what? That's not gonna sell papers. And, on the list of important stories from the game, it's number 147. Just because they're petty, doesn't mean we have to be. It makes us look ridiculous getting petulant after getting smashed.

#LFC #Redsky

Would’ve been nice for Liverpool to win and everyone gets to say ‘football wins’ but football doesn’t win until justice is served and that trashy club is held accountable. So the result is right given the circumstances. Fuck football rn #lfc

They brought on 200 million to beat a 10 man, understaffed liverpool squad. Its kinda the point. #lfc #redsky

The pre and game coverage let me know, gonna be a miniscule penalty. Top 6 need to start thinking about another league. PL is in a very bad spot. #lfc #redsky

Need the women's team back to distract from the Premier League.

🔴 Ryan Gravenberch is suspended for Liverpool's visit to Brentford in the Premier League. #LFC

I know. But why does that matter? That's not important. It's a complete distraction. It's not the reason we got battered. And it comes across like the kid who slips over and everyone is laughing, but he decides to pick on the littlest one. 😂 Just focus on the game, not the silly stuff.

He better say "cheating bastards" when he does.

#LFC really are starting to look like a ‘mid-table’ team. A shadow of the team of 3 yrs ago.

Poor (cheap) red card today
Another poor defence performance (can’t remember the last good performance).

Anyone know which team Wirtz was playing for?

🔴 Was such a soft 2nd yellow.. #LFC

🚨@Carra23: No Isak, no Gakpo. We need Barcola & Wirtz to step up and help others. Koumas and Munoz were better than the two £100m players. That can’t be right. It wasn’t even a decision for anyone in this stadium to make in this stadium who was coming off when #LFC went down to 10 men.

Am I the only one who feels like Wirtz is being bashed too much?
Today wasn't his best game but again he played solidly in the midfield and #lfc created a lot before the ref decided to change the game.
