@kcdahippie.bsky.social13 years is a LONG time to be doing something even if it's been across 5 different orgs. It's easy to get in my head about not knowing stuff but I DO know my shit. And it's fun to be mid-career and be like "yeah I know my shit." Now if only people would listen LOL. #latenightthoughts
@kcdahippie.bsky.socialI did the math and tomorrow I start my 10th cohort of supporting AmeriCorps Members which feels WILD. (It'll be my 13th year in AmeriWorld- 2 as a Member + 1 year on the planning grant.) The pre-training anxiety still there and I know it'll be fine. I always love a new cohort. #latenightthoughts
