During the night you must avoid the ghosts and collect the various items, in this video the light near the player's feet is not infinite, this was resolved in later updates (Currently unavailable on iOS/tvOS).

Doing more mockups, plants this time. I had borrowed a bunch of plant assets to do tests with but am starting to replace them with my own that actually match the style.

Hoping to do more actual gameplay soon instead of just art mockups but it's looking promising!

I fixed the draw sorting for nodes in multi-level tilemap layers in godot, so we can now truly have pseudo 3D worlds with a z axis.

Eventually this would probably be better to do in 3D with everything being billboards but hey, it works!

Now to get it moving!

Printed some of my scanned half-timbered houses from last year for reference. I plotted an isometric grid in Excel that I use to draw over on my glass table with a light under it. I like to sketch and then ink over with new paper. No erasing.
