I ran past a #harbour today, down by Cardiff Bay. With 30,000 other people, 60,000 pounding feet, we ran across the raised stretch of land to chase down our medals and post run pint. Yet, as I crossed the water, I was still sure to take time to look st how big the water was and feel small.
