Ozz Negri Jr. and Jay Schreibman finished sixteenth overall at Barber Motorsports Park as the sole Am class competitors. The AF Corse USA duo will however have to take on two more Am entries in the DESDER Indianapolis 8 Hour next month.

Tom Sargent and Kyle Washington will go to the season finale at Indianapolis with 92 points on top of the Pro-Am standings, 6 ahead of Dave Musial Jr. & Ryan Yardley, 28 ahead of Jason Daskalos,and 46 ahead of Todd Coleman & Aaron Telitz.

Daniel Morad and Brayton Williams had been en route to a podium in the Pro-Am class, until the splitter gave up the ghost. It took all of the downforce away on the front end of the TR3 Mercedes-AMG and they didn't take the chequered flag.

Scott Andrews was trying to keep Sargent behind, but this earned him a 10-second penalty. But as the penalty came through, he was overtaken by Sargent and Philip Ellis.

Jason Daskalos and Ellis finished fourth in Pro-Am ahead of Andrews and Tony Davis.

Kyle Washington was turned around by Slade Stewart in the first stint, before Tom Sargent had to overcome suspension issues. They completed the Pro-Am podium at Barber Motorsports Park with the Buc-ee's Porsche of GMG Racing.

The last time a McLaren won in the GT World Challenge America powered by AWS was all the way back in 2021, when Brendan Iribe and Ollie Millroy came out on top in Pro-Am in Race 1 at COTA with the Optimum-run Inception machine.
