saw someone say "Lara x Mari lowkey a scam" like bro why u so media illiterate?😭

*Submerges your yuri*

Mari: Dummy! focus!
Lara: *whispers* how can I focus when you're this close..!!
Mari: You said something?
Lara: I-I'M FOCUSING!!

i was inspired to make this #laramari #goodbyelara #さよならララ

Mari if she were a mermaid, based on an Edo period woodblock print
#goodbyelara #sayonaralara

Lara and mari as keycharms 💫
#さよならララ #goodbyelara

#goodbyelara hmm kinda torn about the ending honestly. Otoh is a p solid anime and retelling of the little mermaid. But on the other it did kinda take the cowards way out from true Yuri in the big 2026 and it needed 13 episodes not 12. But Yes yearning and goodbye is indeed Yuri tho so hmmm 7.5/10

I followed #GoodbyeLara with interest this summer and enjoyed it right up to the final episode. Except for the last five minutes. I’m past the age for these kinds of philosophical endings; if I’m promised a yuri story, I want to see a yuri story, not a conclusion that hides behind personal growth.

#GoodbyeLara #spoilers #spoiler
The JP script goes to great lengths not to give Kota/Kouta a gender while the subs He/Him Kouta as "Kouta" is a rather male name and Kouta is voiced by a male JPop star, Kazutomi Yamamoto.
Gendering Kouta just feels so lazy.

#GoodbyeLara #spoilers #spoiler So one sub mishap make people think that Lara was dating a boy instead of Mari during a time gap in the end. No, she wasn't. The boy was talking about how Lara has been spontaneous ever since he met her, not during that time skip.
Another beef I have is w/Kota
