I submitted written comments in the #ECtHR case of Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association and Others v. Georgia (no. 2). At issue is the 2025 Foreign Agents Registration Act restricting civil society’s #FreedomOfExpression and #FreedomOfAssociation.
