@stevenc63.bsky.socialDisco Stones is alright with me.
What I really love about this album is that it hits all the different versions of the Stones, without ever sounding contrived. #foreigntongues
@damienmaguire.bsky.socialNever Wanna Lose You is fantastic. Very melodic and a great arrangement. Mick's vocals up front carries it along fantastically well. #foreigntongues

@jillianreilly.bsky.socialOoh, Never Wanna Lose You. I'm away to dance again #foreigntongues
@stevenc63.bsky.socialI just love this song so much. And it absolutely skewers what the US has become. #foreigntongues
@helteryskeltery.bsky.socialRinging Hollow – I like the song itself. I get that Mick might be deliberately exaggerating the drawl, but I think it is overdone. To me it makes the song drag a bit. #foreigntongues
@damienmaguire.bsky.socialRinging Hollow - it's maybe just me but it definitely reminds me of Sweet Virginia - one of my favourite Stones songs, so I really like this 😊 #foreigntongues
@helteryskeltery.bsky.socialWatch and learn Ed Sheeran. #foreigntongues
@jillianreilly.bsky.socialRinging Hollow is a beautiful lament. And I absolutely love the lines "Let the dreamers get the dream they want. My favorite joke" and "They took away the welcome mat" #foreigntongues

@stevenc63.bsky.socialI’m going to say this is the most consistently political album the Stones have ever released. Little flashes across almost every song. #foreigntongues
@damienmaguire.bsky.socialDevine Intervention is friggin great, it just rocks and rolls along with ease #foreigntongues
@stevenc63.bsky.socialA quick detour to ‘Some Girls’ for Divine Intervention. I was convinced it was Charlie on drums here.
