Lashunta Word of the Week Traeshiassi (/tra:e.ʃi.a.si./): to shatter; smash Lashunta use this word’s root, ~traeshi~ as an onomotopeia for the sound of glass breaking. Related Terms: Traeshi (spiritual): the sound of shattering, smashing. Traeshio (neuter): a shard Hatraeshiante (feminine): the Shattersea, region of the Western Ocean southwest of Qabarat, bounded by the Northern Shattersea Islands in the North; Asana in the East, the Bulwarks in the South, and the Colonies in the West. (note: the name in Lashunta may be more closely translated as ‘sea full of shards’, referring to the many islands)

While Kem's native language is a variety of Quyy'lie, they haven't been in Iichün Zanè in a while and now speak a northern Timean creole of Quyy'lie and the language Sè'ang.

Otaj Kakeichun. Glyph Chart. The background is green and textured. The rest of the chart is a grid of rows and columns with the spots filled in by unique characters that ascribe a sound to each position in the grid. For example, top row has B and second column has A, so the intersection of those displays a symbol assigned to the sound "Ba". So on for the rest in the chart.
