My doctor started our visit by asking if she could use “a tool that listens to ambient noise and takes notes.”

I told her no since I’m aware it’s an AI tool. We had a great appt without AI.

I hope others know they can (and should!) say no to things like this!

day 1358: refreshed my nails that I originally painted last Sunday 💅🏼

I used some polish to fill along the chipping edges, and added a layer of top coat across all my nails.

Now they should last for a few more days!
