#2A #GVP Good news: yesterday, the Ninth Circuit UPHELD Hawaii's firearm permit law, which has a couple unique features, in Yukutake v. Lopez. The law says 1) the permit is void unless the firearm is purchased within 30 days, and 2) requires filing a form (gun caliber, serial # & manufacturer), etc
