@analogassasin.bsky.socialChange isn’t easy for me - the big changes in life, new phases, pivots, resets. I’ve had LOTS of them - including 3 marriages and divorces, and 1 of 2 children moving onto adulthood (the 2nd w/ one foot out the door). BIG changes. Moving into a new pot w/ fresh soil is a shock.

@mjrichards.bsky.socialAfter getting in a couple of typers I couldn’t fix, I’m happy to say I have another one that is in good condition. Once I install a fresh ribbon, it will be ready to go into my classroom rotation. It’s a Royal Eldorado Deluxe portable manual #typewriter, made in the early 1960s in Holland.
