The rest of MLS has figured out that simply pressuring Timbers and being aggressive in first 20 min will yield results. Timbers need to work on coming out ready to play. Typical issue with younger players: they think they can get ready to play in first 20. Pretty bad tactic. #rctid

I believe tonight was the first time in club history that three homegrown academy graduates (Sulte, Jura, Izoita) made an MLS matchday squad for the Portland Timbers.

They had 3 rostered in 2022 (Sulte, Bodily, Ikoba), but those three never made the same matchday squad. #RCTID
