I tooted earlier in the week about doing an electrostatics training course, and I really missed Delta's dance, because I was hoping she was earthed through "footwear and floor" otherwise she was probably charged to 35 kV. #Strictly

LAWRENCE RUMBA - who forgot the buttons?!?!? Always tricky for the male celebs but showed good character in place of some actual choreo for him at least. Showed some lovely pointed feet in the poses although you could barely see him in the dim lights, smoke, drapes and a gyrating Jowita 5 #Strictly

Lawrence & Jowita - Rumba

A lot of those moves didn't flow from the hips as much as they should but the Rumba is an extremely difficult dance (not a robot floor cleaner) and I think Lawrence has been unfairly shafted here. The character was of course there. He's an actor.

I give Lawrence and Jowita a 3. You overextended too much throughout and it looked like a caricature of a Rumba. You were always on bent leg, and your feet lacked grounding. But your characterisation was good. But for a Rumba, I’m with Shirley. #StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly
