@vampireantihero.com#SongsOfSeptember Aloe ends on a high note that crashes down into desperation. This song is uniquely fitting.
Afraid of Heights - Billy Talent
And after all these years, and all of this time
Darling, if I'm still a question in your mind
Just say the words and this will end, yeah.
@sayaashrah.bsky.social#SongsOfSeptember 20. I have two. This one plays during the "boss battle":
And this one at the end, when shit hits the fan (it's the song that plays in GoW 3 after each god dies, and we see the consequences for the world):

Without wanting to get too spoilery, Now or Never Now by Metric definitely captures the mood (particularly Mira's mood) for the climax of Unbroken.

Forest of the Morning has plenty of "epic climax" moments involving magic.
One track which fits - especially when it's Fish - is "Power and Purpose" from the Netflix Witcher soundtrack.
I like this one especially for the climax of Book 2.
@sainiku.northsky.socialThe climax for the series takes place at the end of Book 4: "Requiem of Worlds: The War of Jane Sothara"
Rave the Reqviem - Crack the Sky
@bumblebigirl.bsky.socialSo many possible options, but I think this is what plays as Dido makes her desperate last stand at the very end of every possible world.

@pjccahill.bsky.socialWell I'm not gonna tell you details of the scenes, but sure!
Demon King Daughter, Himari's part of the climax:

@averyaldan.bsky.socialI can only think of this song as a fitting climax song for Juniper Wharf (reposted because I did a typo)
@nikibond.bsky.socialI had two possibilities for this, soooo... Going with One Hell of a Team by Amalee and Divide Music for the book 1 climax~ It kinda fits with a certain thing that happens >.>~
@nikibond.bsky.socialSunday Scenes: A song that fits the climax of your story.
We're getting to the climax of this game, so let's get your epic songs for it!

Going back to Alan Wake 2:
Kal would do this. He'd duet this. With Rel.
He'd make him do it.
HERALD OF DARKNESS!
@forestwellsden.bsky.social#SongsOfSeptember D19:
Somehow, this always makes me think of Jason and Sundale. How they helped keep each other going, and not just by saving each other from enemy fire. And many of those times, before we meet them for the first time.
"Those Nights" - Skillet

@glwalkerauthor.bsky.socialTime to be cliche~ I feel like this is a good one for Blu and Loke. in either direction.

Took me all day of listening to music to find something that fits. I picture Cole singing this to Amon when Amon talks about Lunaris for the first time!

“Bring Me To Life” both for Hagatha and for Dr. Jekyll. Interestingly, there are versions sung by both a man (Chris Daughtry and a woman (Effervescence). Both Hagatha and Dr. Jekyll die (years apart) and both are resurrected by The Mummy.

This song is for Fish & Velda, the two main protagonists of the Forest of the Morning trilogy.
From the start, they have a brother-sister relationship & this song reflects their found family bond in an emotional situation. 💕
@princeumin.bsky.socialI genuinely cant think of anything for my comic. However, I can think of one for my main project! Aka my second favorite song of all time, also somehow this is the first TOP song my clikkie ass has used. It fits the main characters as a group!
@midnightvoss.bsky.socialI imagine the mains singing karaoke to Golden all the time.
Ayrehart and Revri share Rumi's lines
Kipp takes Zoey's
Suri takes Mira
Uncle Shaan tries to dance along in the chorus. Saoirse looks at them like they've lost their minds.
@sainiku.northsky.socialJane and Cameron have a nearly unbreakable bond.
This song takes me back to when they were young, and what they mean to each other.
Aviators - Someone Like Me
An absolutely beautiful ballad.
