Big news! TinyCat’s new copies system lets you circulate and display multiple copies from a single record.

Patrons will see how many copies are available, and admins can manage items with multiple copies easily.

We'll be at Booth #49! The Pennsylvania Library Association Annual Conference starts October 4 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Cheers to 125 years! ✨ #equinox #OpenSource #Libraries

Logo for the Pennsylvania Library Association on a solid white background.

On the left, a vertical magenta rectangle contains the acronym "PaLA" in a white, serif font, oriented vertically with the bottom of the letters facing right. A thin vertical magenta line separates this block from the text on the right.

To the right of the line, the words "Pennsylvania Library Association" are written in a matching magenta, serif font. The text is arranged on three stacked lines, left-aligned, in title case.

Canadian Subject Headings
Library and Archives Canada (LAC) last week announced
the addition of a new Canadian Subject Heading (CSH) for
Lake Ontario to replace the Library of Congress’ updated
subject heading for the lake.
LAC will cease assigning the LCSH term and will instead
assign the CSH “Ontario, Lake (N.Y. and Ont.)” in
bibliographic and authority records moving forward.
