Rather than hanging loose, it’s finished with a soft tie at the waist, giving the otherwise simple top a jaunty, summery character. The denim shorts are equally deliberate. Well-cut and tailored, in a soft blue with clean seams, belt loops and a proper buttoned waist. The uncomplicated style makes them feel smarter than ordinary casual shorts, while still being unmistakably suited to a warm summer’s day. I will never understand APA style's rules for capitalization in reference lists. Article, chapter, and book titles are sentence case, while journal titles are title case? Make it make sense. #AmEditing
