A blend of new faces and young faces created the Tampa Bay Lightning offense on Sunday to help the #GoBolts start the preseason with a win.

"I'm not going to be able to poke holes in too many guys' games tonight.”

Thoughts on game one: www.nhl.com/lightning/ne...

Curtis Douglas debut! Loved him during his #GoBolts and #Canucks days.

#GoBolts Mikheyev on playing with 86 and 21: “We’ve had just a few practices now, and I saw how those guys feel each other and I try playing my best.”

On saying earlier that he has to be ready for Kucherov passes: (Laughs) “I didn’t change my mind”

O’Reilly: “I think there's a lot of room to improve. Felt good to get my legs under me and keep building chemistry with guys and keep getting better.”

#GoBolts coach Jon Cooper on O'Reilly:

“Some of these kids, you're going to get to watch play some of these games. You’ve got to put them in these situations and see what they can do and see where they can excel, and I thought he was excellent all the way around.”

Cooper: "I'm not going to be able to poke holes in too many guys' games tonight. Everybody, you ask them to do the job, they passed the test."
