@steveoliver76.bsky.socialIs technical difficulty part of a running #SNLUK gag? The sound went last week and this week it just went off air, thankfully during a weak sketch but didn't even make it to Weekend Update.
@drivad.bsky.socialBet that episode of #snluk would have killed if it dropped in 2009
@thepoetscane.comI think that was the first #snluk episode that didn't land for me. Maybe I'm misjudging it because I liked the previous ones so much, but it seemed weird and off. No jokes outside of weekend update. Ignore me, though. I'm an old grump.

@stilldavis.bsky.socialDon't know what yous all thought but that felt like a weak episode to me, even though I really like Jamie Demetriou and he tried his hardest here.
Writing just wasn't quite there for me for a lot of the sketches.
@ariadnereviews.bsky.socialMental illness is remembering who each of these X Factor references are #SNLuk
@jwhitaker1.bsky.socialBit of a mixed bag that episode, but that final sketch was one of the most specific things they've ever done #snluk
@carlosgeovane.bsky.social
@justinhancock.bsky.socialI wonder if they had to drop a sketch at the last minute? #snluk
@alkennedy.bsky.socialWas this the first episode where the host was in every sketch outside of the cold open? #snluk
@alkennedy.bsky.socialThe slightly frustrating thing about The Shape was that you could see it reach the point at which this kind of #snluk sketch ordinarily kicks off, and then it just ended instead. It feels like a better week's output would have had it turn into an interrogation of Theresa's evil act
