Arcadia's people accepted long ago that quality education and healthcare are essential for a functioning society. As such, education is among the city's most highly prized aspects. Primary and secondary education are handled by a variety of strategically placed schools.

Tron Daurat as a whole is a predominantly socialist utopia. All citizens have their needs met and can live comfortably, which includes basic income, medical care, and access to education up to adulthood. This is no different in Chevrefoil; if anything, it's even more accentuated!

Education is handled individually. The wealthy hire tutors to teach their children. Poorer parents teach their children themselves. Apprenticeships are common, with those who complete their training being registered with their trade's guild.

What we have to understand about 5GC culture, is that it is run by two main opposing forces:
1- Capitalism
2- A general acceptance that “Hey, we are the last of humanity and we are going to CARE for each other, so fuck you!”

This second impulse holds more sway on the small…

Long story as short as I can make it:

Redwood Tukhé Communities are a contemplation on a more pure form of communism than we have ever managed here on Earth.

But not 𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑙𝑦 pure. That would be smug. 🧵1/5

Power - the original complex contained a fusion reactor, and that baby keeps churning out power as long as there is a computer system capable of regulating it (originally Soteria caretaker program, later Newes) and a supply of water.

19) Social Infrastructure

On Platypus Station, and in the Alliance as a whole, healthcare, education, and public mass transit are all free. People on Platypus are also provided with minimum housing, but the free housing isn't terribly nice.

Chair and carriage in the city comes equipped with an emergency magical siren they can pull in the event they need to get someone to a temple quickly.

Education is also widely available, especially in the Tower City. Primary schooling is compulsory, and universities are free with merit

Alliance towns and cities all have temples to Polyena, Goddess of life, Medicine, and Death, but The Tower Ciry has the most. The entire Fourth Ring is essentially one giant one, but every neighborhood has a local temple.

There is no formal ambulance system, but every carriage and sedan

Good one! I've touched on education a few times before. Each Weil has primary education up to age 7 before things shift into more competitive and dangerous levels of education. Each Weil also has areas of expertise that they focus on at the highest levels. Food, tech, medical, etc

Patecatl, God of Herbs and Medicine, is served by 400 giant rabbits who act as doctors.

The Totochtin (Totos) are the 400 Rabbits of Drunkenness and are legal dealers of Peyote and Pulque (a powerful alcohol).

A lot of healing is done with Osseocrete.

Education is very well organised throughout the country, and the city follows the same format: primary schools scattered throughout, secondary schools a bit more centralised, and one big university in the city.
As for medicine, there is a well equipped hospital in every major

So starting from the top, there is a nascent city bureaucracy that supports the governing council and implements their orders. Its priorities, though, are law enforcement and duties collections at the gates, markets, and docks, so it's not exactly comprehensive. 🧵

Education is a luxury, there only for those who can afford it. However, schools of thought--from occultists studying the darker aspects of magic, to philosophers with clubs, to masters looking for apprentices--all scout the city at all times, ready to poach natural talent.

The nomari are a hive society. Each individual is cared for on the most basic levels of food and shelter. Injuries are treated and the individual returns to serving the nom. End of life is assisted for workers or warriors no longer able to perform their roles.
