Heerlijk start van het weekend. 5km hardlopen in een prachtig groen park.
Vandaag nieuw persoonlijk record, 28,42 min. Met dank aan alle #vrijwilligers die de parkruns op vele plaatsen in de wereld iedere week mogelijk maken!

The sun shone as the 8 NE Wales parkruns hosted 1263 runners/walkers (-42 on last week; +197 on 7 events last year). Shout out to the 175 volunteers who made it happen! Good times & thankfully no dramas during my turn as RD this week #parkrun #running
