We are exactly 1 week away from the return of Steelers football!

I feel like I am willing to risk being more expressive and expressing my personality more here because I am given the chance to instead of having be so serious all the time. #hwa1 #herewego

#hwa1 #herewego Pt.2: I need to learn to let loose, let ideas flow, allow myself to be frustrated if something goes wrong, and improve my capabilities. These verbal and visual assignments will help me break out of my shell, since they are typically not the mediums I'm familiar with for class.

#hwa1 #herewego Pt. 1: I am willing to risk perfection this term in this course. What I mean by this is that, as a STEM pre-med student, I strive for perfection and exactness. However, in this course, Ashley mentioned to be prepared to be lost in this class. (i will continue in next post)

Pt 2: Because I am a novice at essentially everything we are going to be doing in this class, it is my goal to accept that things may not always be initially perfect and not to judge myself too harshly. I hope I will be proud of my efforts at the end of the semester! #hwa1 #herewego

Pt. 1: I think the biggest thing I will try to risk during this class is one of the things we should aim to bring to 209, finishing each experiment before judging it. I am naturally a perfectionist, and it is very easy for me to overreact midway through a project and get discouraged #hwa1 #herewego

I’m willing to risk think outside of the box and show full creativity. I feel like my creativity has been trapped throughout the year of growing up, 209 is a class that has no right or wrong answers but be yourself. #hwa1 #herewego

I am not worried about being myself here and I want to fully emerge myself in the experience. I want to write what I am thinking, explore possibilities I thought couldn't be real, and truly gain a better understanding of myself and the world around me that this class can give me. #hwa1 #herewego

I am willing to risk putting myself out there so I can fully get the experience and gain something from this class. It seems that this class is a safe environment and that it encourages the students to be themselves, making it very reassuring. #hwa1 #herewego

i'm willing to risk not being understood. in most classes, the focus of everything is clarity, but i feel like through both Bluesky and the SME's i want my personality to be shown, and that might not be everyone's cup of tea, and that's okay, i just want to be true to myself #hwa1 #herewego

I am willing to risk my term of overly formalized texts to provide an academic response with creativity. #hwa1 #herewego
