Updated Tuboa’s ref sheet, and also the pokedex entry thing a bit (also plan on updating the ref sheets of all of my fakemon in the future).

Also gave it a new mega evolution. Just like with Lagomelt, it was one I was planning for a while but was struggling with its design at the time.

Shy creatures, many believe they started as carved stone frogs and were then given life by the powers of nature.
