Don’t mind me, I am just crying my eyes out and audibly screaming.

@danisdiary.bsky.socialThis small scene is so cute because it shows how the siblings have not only accepted Jialan but how much they respected her. It also shows how Jinqi and Jialan have become very comfortable with each other.
@danisdiary.bsky.socialJinlan has a good head on his shoulders and when Jinqi is not around, he can trust his brother to lead, but I worry the cdrama keeps mentioning his health.

@danisdiary.bsky.socialHOT DAMN! Jinqi and Jialan are now the Marquis and Marchioness Jing’an.
While the Lin family receives this honour with open arms, Jialan couldn’t care more because she knows it means nothing once you lose the Emperor’s favour.

Not spoiling today's ep, but it was so beautiful 🥹
@winterwoman112.bsky.socialOf course they have to end it like this and now I bet some people are going to feel they won't have enough time as husband and wife, but I strongly believe this slow burn was necessary to show true character growth. #AgainsttheCurrent
@winterwoman112.bsky.socialThis is how you write a man taking accountability. Took him forever though. #AgainsttheCurrent
@winterwoman112.bsky.socialOkay, but one thing I hope is that the Lins would let their slaves be free. #AgainsttheCurrent
@tinacmml.bsky.socialStarting with a "bang": #ThePrisonerOfBeauty or #LoveBetweenFairyAndDevil would i rec for watcher who have already #kdrama experience and love enemies-to-lovers trope
For watcher who prefer sth more "serious" I'd rec for lovers of historical romance #cdrama #AgainstTheCurrent (even if not finished)
