Godzilla: I really recommend the red wine over the white with that dinner. #SpaceApeCinema

It’s good Steve is there to repeat the stuff we can kinda guess about Godzilla already. #SpaceApeCinema

Directly under the stomping grounds of a giant monster doesn't seem like the best place for a defense bunker. #SpaceApeCinema

oh I so want the bunker guys crushed #SpaceApeCinema

"He's looking for something! Searching...

ok so far, those that shouldn't be called for info when dealing with Godzilla: Russia & old reporters #SpaceApeCinema

Some would say that's a loaded question. #SpaceApeCinema

The great twist to the American edit was ramping up the Cold War tension. In the original version, the Russian on the ship was trying to stop the misslle launch and died before he could. In Godzilla 1985, a completely original shot was added of him pressing the button deliberately. #SpaceApeCinema

Our female lead Yasuo Sawaguchi would be the only human star of a Godzilla movie to become a kaiju herself.

Five years later, in the sequel to Godzilla 1984, she played Erica Shiragami, a young woman whose human cells and her very spirit were bound to Biollante. #SpaceApeCinema

“We can send Raymond Burr to fight Godzilla! He did that last time, remember?”
