We’ll have multiple pieces each week for the rest of October thanks to #lff #londonfilmfestival & #horroctober (h/t @princecharlescinema.com), with one film that qualifies for both.

£1.00 a month for most of this stuff, with a free tier for a taste of it. #filmsky

The problem with Alex Gibney’s new Elon Musk doc is that if you are interested enough in this topic to commit four hours to it, you will already know everything in this doc.

I just watched Alex Gibney’s 4-hour Musk doc at the #LFF and the man next to me ate 5 bags of crisps, including 2 sorties for more crisps. Seemed an integral part of the immersive Musk universe

#LFF Elsinore - Andrew Scott really takes this to the next level with another extraordinary, heartbreaking performance

Enjoyed #PaperTiger today at #LFF but I swear there was a scene where Miles Teller calls Adam Driver "Adam" (his character's name is Gary). Did I just misremember this or did they leave in a dud take? Wild either way.

Andrew Scott a great actor playing another great actor Ian Charleson in #Elsinore Very moving! Many forget just what a traumatic period it was with the Aids epidemic. #Lff

#LFF screening 3: 'Call Your Bluff' – British comedy short films
★★★★☆
A good mix of eight shorts*, ranging from 2½ to 4 stars each. A highlight was Sally Phillips as a will-writing solicitor bringing a bit too much imagination to the task, in A Twist Of Hate.

I really liked this feminist drama set in Kabul in the run-up to the US leaving Afghanistan and the Taliban taking control
