All hail Capitaine Biskaufe. This delicious imperial stout is the sweet baby of Le Ketch and Brewsky. Thick, rich cookie sweetness, cut by a rum like booziness that finishes mildly smokey. This one packs a punch at 10% but it's worth the shot in the mouth. #craftbeer

Time to bottle the tripel. Have to get used to the fermzilla to do this. My priming sugar solution was to thick, and I couldn't really mix it properly. Had to collect with the trub container, and mixed it again.

I hope it will taste good!
